Hello there,Been reading your post re: the weather,at the moment its blustery outside.Am wondering if you are on the other side of the Thames.I am in Hadleigh,Essex about 5 miles from Southend and roughly 2 miles to the marshes

hi there, i come from Kent, still visit all the time as my family are still there. i love dungeness, Elmley marshes, cliffe, and Northwoodhill to name but a few places i love.
isnt there loads of rose ringed/ringnecked parakeets in Kent, i used to see great flocks of them and recently whilst wandering around a car boot fair i heard one, looked up and all excited said oh look its a ringnecked parakeet! - no one even was interested and appreicated my excitement.
whatever damage they do/the fact they used to be captive bred and etc i still can never get over seeing them!
