A wedding and a christening to look forward to Tracey, can't be bad. We have been baby sitting my partner's sister's son Sam, brilliant and a great natured boy, 7 months old now and weighs a ton, mind you he was 10.5lb at birth and he eats for Scotland.

Thank you Ron, yes I'd happily babysit anytime:) Katie sleeps all day, but it seems she is wide awake most of the night:) I remember it well, so completely know how tired Stace is. She's a brilliant mum, even though she is exhausted.
The midwifes were fantastic. The way they got Stace to calm down when the pain was getting too much was amazing. The midwife and the student midwife made Stace feel that she was the most special mum to be ever, and once Katie was born they were as excited as we were! They were wonderful! Forgot to mention Katie's dad cried like a baby when she was born. He was brilliant throughout the birth and totally focussed on calming Stace down and just being so supportive. They are getting married in May and I couldn't ask for a better son in law.
Sorry I have wittered on a bit:)

Hi Ron, I'm a gran:) Katie (Granddaughter) is beautiful! 7lb 8 1/2 ounces, so not the massive baby that all the midwifes kept saying she would be - thank goodness!! I was at the birth and although scarey and very painful for my daughter, I can honestly say it was the most amazing experience:) Katie has a massive mop of dark hair, she is so perfect and I'm so proud of both of them:)

He's lovely, his mother was 42 when she had him - he weighed 10.5lbs, a whopper, she was walking like John Wayne for a week after the birth.

Congratulations Uncle Ron:) That's great news:)

Everything's fine Tracey, my sister in law had a baby boy and he's being spoiled rotten.
