Cheers for the insoles reply Woodman. Further to your knee complaint, I couldn't get to the bottom of mine either until someone on W.A.B described my symptoms perfectly (it was I.T.B.S). I tried various things to shift it (apparently I can be a sod to get rid of), including new boots, stretches before walks, a couple of months with no hill-walks and anti-inflammation tablets and it eventually went. It did cause me a lot of trouble though and I'd hate for it to flare up again.
Relieved to see you are safe. I thought of you as soon as I heard Cumbria mentioned on the news. A tragic day for everyone, but in particular for the close-knit communities of Cumbria affected by this appalling event. Take care of you, D. x
Thaanks woodman for the comment on the sunrise photo....most of my shots are taken early in the morning and the colours can be almost surreal!!! Think it helps having such an open sky too-its rather flat here overlooking the estuary and marhes lol

Hi Woodman, thanks for the comment on the Thames estuary photo. Its a busy area and will be even busier when the new container port is opened near Tilbury! Have no idea what impact the dredging of the Thames and building work will have on the wildlife that live in the estuary. Some reckon it will change the Thames as we know it forever.....
