    It's bloody awful I know. Sorry for the loss of your FIL. Sorry you have to endure more of the same punishment with your own father - and of course I wish you all a better outcome. Sometimes these things hit you, and keep hitting you and it's relentless. You must be exhausted. Hospitals are the pits - I really have had enough of them to last a lifetime myself!

    Hi all, sorry not been around, been a difficult year.....Just lost FIL to cancer, Mesothelioma (Asbestos) aged 68. He died last Sun just after Miles had completed his 64 Mile Christies bike ride, Manchester to Blackpool. Funeral next week. My dad also now diagnosed after several op's on prostate hospital have told him they have "cocked up" and missed several signs and cancerous tumours in the prostate, going for MRI next week.....to see how far that's spread.......deep sigh.........what can I say lots of hospital visits/bedside visits and more to come. Poor Hubby in bits over his dad even though we been dealing with it over the last year. Sorry I have been slack, but between this, my Dad and work and toing and froing to Cornwall and Lancaster and such, just not felt like chatting much....as Arnie once said...I'll be back. Anyway, thanks for all the Xmas messages chums! Sorry I'm late replying. Jx
