Ragged doesn't quite describe it! Sorry to hear you're not so well - Dr Pauline says plenty of that beach walking will clear any sinus blockage - esp in this fierce easterly nasty weather - my cheeks were aching when I came back in from the golf course inspection this aft - it was bitter, grey and awful........ I'd rather have mild and rain, grey and bitter really does me in!!! Take care sheil. Love P xxxxxxx

Ooooh had a lovely mental image of you beach walking - now that's something I could enjoy - love the seaside - but hate sand - strange but true!!! Then its back to jobs with a avengeneance today - busy morning at work, pick mam up and take her to Asda, come home collect my old hoover (I've treated myself to a new one in the sales!) and taken the old upright to mam's (I can't use a cylinder hoover - it wrecks my back) then made her salad tea and put it in the fridge, mended the flush handle in her toilet, hoovered living room and kictchen, came home, collected the lovely grave pot Ian made for xmas and took it to dad's grave (better late than never!) and got back home at 4pm.......... shattered. Made my tea and fell asleep for 3 hours ......... just a normal day then!!!!

Hello pauline glad you had a good couple of days, pity its so cold out, ive been beach walking with dogs that keep me warm , nice to get out. love sheila

I can't believe that you're not on my friendship list - how did I manage to overlook you? I keep thinking people are on it and then finding they arn't - anyway remedied it now - request sent! Just the opposite - I'm burning the candle at both ends - I've been out to watch a slide show this evening and am supposed to be getting up at 6am and off to the caravan - oooh errrr - the funny thing is I've not been tired for two whole days - its almost like being young again - almost - till I try to move quickly ......... then I know about it!!
