Thanks for the comment on the fungi, Ron. This was taken a couple of weeks ago in Gisburn forest and like yourself i was falling over blushers!!! One day i maybe tempted to eat one ( well cooked , of course), but i have my doubts about them!!

Thanks Ron, yep we're all well at this end. My daughter is home on leave now, she's nearly seven months pregnant now and she's huge!:) I can't wait to be a gran:) Hope all is good at your end:)

Thanks for the comment on Finesdale water picture. It is a nice quiet place, but on the moors just after this picture was taken the rain was horizontal and visibility was down to about 10m. Thank the lord for maps and a compass! The map has seen better days now i'm afraid as it got wiss pet through and blown to shreds by the wind!!

Thats ok, Ron. I don't have many friends, i am a bit of a loner grumpy old git type! Yes, a good start for North end, shame about the broken leg incident, but we carry on. Liverpool are looking good so far, but Burnley are the team to watch!!
