Well, it's certainly taken it's toll on you, things were very physically demanding back then. It's a shame that you now have to live with the consequences. I hope it eases off soon, but as you said anything can set it off again. Take care and all the best Tracey:)

I'm so sorry it sounds awful! I really can't imagine the discomfort you're in, but I really hope it passes soon. Do you know why you are suffering from all this pain, what is causing it?
