    Hey!! I ve got a spider... Black-white..sorta winged appearance but no actual wing!!! ventral part is with yello spots... can u help me figure out wat it is?

    Man orchids are one that I've yet to find! And I love bird's-nest orchids despite their dull look. Good luck! I'm not sure I'll manage any new ones next year because of school and exams. I might be able to persuade my parents to drive me somewhere to see man orchids though, you never know ;) Ah if you ever get the chance to see monkey orchids do so. Brilliant flowers!

    Ah I thought you judging by your Man Orchid avatar (very nice image!). Indeed, some people are very helpful but you need to get to know people and post on a few threads before people will trust you to the extent they will give site details out. The best place for sites and updates throughout the 'orchid season' is BirdForum - The Net's Largest Birding Community, Dedicated To Wild Birds - lots more orchid people there!
    Fortunately I managed to find and photograph every British species last year :)
    I'm sure you're aware but I believe the Bog Orchid is now extinct in Norfolk (mindlessly stolen) so you may have a long journey ahead if you want to see one. You're ok for Fen Orchid though!

    Hi there Robert,

    It's no problem at all. I've been on here for a couple of years and the community is always very helpful. Plus, if you're interested in orchids (like me) there's quite a few people to help with finding and photographing certain species.
