At the min I'm holding steady and I'm absolutely delighted to hear uou have been out and sat among the wildlife - its a right tonic isn't it? I got frozen in the teeth of a gale yesterday up on the moors in Yorks waiting for a great northern diver - which beggered off to the far side of the reservoir for the 5 hours I hung around! Today I got frozen sat in a small private photographic hide while all the usual little birds kept well out of sight - tomorrow I'm daft enough to go back to the resi to try for that diver again ........ its good to be cold and outside - I can understand that one perfectly! Keep up the improvement and when the pc isn't 'wobbling' do keep in touch. Pauline xx

(READ this one first and the one above second - they continue but too many characters to be put up together apparently!)
Oh Rob I'm so pleased to hear from you! And good news too! I've laughed myself to watering eyes at the thought of you chucking the blender! I've got a juicer and a smoothie maker getting rusty on my work surface in the kitchen now - hopefully I won't need them again for a bit ........ I darn't chuck them tho cos relapses are the name of the game with divertic - its not if - its when!

Pauline,
Bless you, Im hoping this finds you in good health, and I dont want to show off but Im now eating stuff with lumps in, I never realised just how important lumps were and I have thrown the blender as far down the garden as I could (only about 7'0'' but its the thought that counts)
Had a great day at Richmond Park Saturday got a lift to the middle of the park sat at the base of a tree and stayed there for 3hrs or so while the deer trotted past.
It was nice to be outside and have a cold nose and fingers.
Ill stay in touch (the PC's been unwell to) so sorry for the delay.
Best of luck and good health to you Pauline.

Just dropping by cos I've been thinking about you and wondering how you're doing - I've been wrapped up with images since the phalarope at Fairhaven Lake - I brought 400 home and deleted more than 200 while sat on a seat beside the loos! Ian brought 849 home ............ Anyhow hope you're doing ok and a bit of normality bursts thro from time to time - take care Rob. Pauline xxx
