Hi Po Sorry you and the key board have been poorly. Hope things are better now.

I'm having computer problems myself, mines in for repair,I'm using a friens while hes away but he'll be back monday. Not sure when I'll get mine sorted so I may not be around much if at all after monday. I'll keep you posted when i can. Take care

LOL I've now got one friend anyway!! ;-)

I'm actually about to disappear off line for a while - moving house! I can cope with the house part, it's moving horses dogs cats etc etc as well that is the 'fun' part (not!)

get yourself a TENS machine it works miracles for pain, i use mine regulary, would'nt be without it.........be happy...........mack x
