I like the sound of things finally coming to fruition and you both and the kids getting some 'normal' time together! Will you remember which way to hold the camera then when you next pick it up?? Heh! heh! Have a lovely xmas and new year Cazzie - you sure do deserve it .........

Well I so envy you being able to get out in the first place! This weekend just gone we've finally moved into the new unit - thank the lord haha! It's been a long time coming, a financial nightmare, but it'll be worth it as both Yam and I can actually have a 'life' now out of hours - yay! He's got his house back, his kids have space to roam in it (without tripping over boxes of parts) and come evenings and weekends we can be 'normal' now lol! I've not even had the chance to tend to my tiny patio garden for weeks... it needs attention badly. My panasonic has been locked up in my safe since summer... time I got that back out eh lol :D Changes are afoot here for quality time... we sure need some!
So all is well here if not a still a bit frantic... sure hope all is well with you and yrs ;) x

Good to hear you had such a treat for your birthday - full marks to Yam for sweeping you off. Some chance of me going looking at vehicles - if it comes to a choice - jobs or going out - well there's no contest. I went out with camera for a few hours yesterday morn and am planning a return visit this morn as I put some food out locally so it would be silly to not go back and see whats found it! But I also have to put two days worth of food in mam's fridge(back to Asda again .... no wonder they speak when I go in!) fetch mam (tea is already made thank goodness) and then get stuff ready to go to the caravan tonight - we promised ourselves to make use of it while this is the last year we will have it and the pitch (cos of the rising site fees). I went to bed reasonable and then didn't turn the new telly off cos Martin Clunes was in the Outer Isles in HD and here I am back up at 5am ........ as you said 'busy busy'! Pxx

Hiya P!
No worries... wasn't around then anyway!
New wheels eh Mrs?!?... Beemers are ok, but they'll cost ya for insurance and servicing!!! My dream car.... Corvette Stingray 76' model... sooooooooooooo sexy with all those curves :D Yep... I can dream eh lol!!!!
Soz been off a while - we're still upto our eyeballs with the new unit, tis getting there slowly, but still not ready yet! Birthday break was a blast tho (Yam's a star!) and it was good to get away for a couple of days to the bright lights of London to re-charge ;)
Busy.. busy... busy as per, expect you are too! Hope all is well with you...

Huge apologies for missing your birthday thread until this morn .... I've given myself a slap! Hope things getting sorted at your end? I'm supposed to be having a look round the garages for a newer vehicle: Ian has my old P reg Fiesta which is now costing an arm and a leg to get thro its MOT and I have dad's X reg Toyota (and the old campervan is gasping on H reg - 20 years old next year ......) I need to go and have a look and a sit in a few things but its not a job I relish plus I'm frightened I might take a fancy for something wildly silly - like a soft top beemer ..... Hahahahaha!!!! Better get my hind end in gear - plenty jobs to get thro today .......... P xx

So she wasn't on top form during my visit but Di went to see her on Saturday after I'd started my travels home and she did remember our visit, so I'm well pleased about that :D

James and I went to visit grandma on Thursday. Walked into her room and all we saw was a little crumpled lady in her bed fast asleep :( I managed to catch a passing care assistant who eventually woke her up by shaking her shoulder and shouting her name full blast at her..... Rene... yr granddaughter is here!!!! Grandma eventually woke up and ushered me over saying that she'd been flung into bed after being dressed and left - yep, she tells some porkies! Mind you she was in a heap and looked terribly uncomfortable so with the help of James we lifted her up, adjusted her postition and stuffed pillows in behind her to keep her more upright. We chatted for about 10 minutes which was lovely then... quick as a flash her head fell and she was spark out again! James and I were avidly watching to make sure she was still breathing tbh!!!! - she had me going for a mo I can tell ya lol!

No pain no gain eh?!?! Sure hope your feeling more mobile now ;) You still off on yr jollys to the caravan?... soz can't keep track of you atm - here, there everywhere lol!... but I'm sure Ian can cope with yr mam ;)
Visit to Di's - short and sweet but well worth the effort :) Tis a chuffin long way by car tho from Yorkshire to Sussex, but James and I stopped in at my brothers en route so that broke up the tidousness and it was great to catch up with him and his crew.

Accupuncture is painful - full stop! My practioner also gives Shiatsu massage afterewards and that is more painful still ..... I have a huge bruise on my bum from it this morning - but I'm not in pain and I won't need three paramol just to walk around today! So its worth every penny and it is a pretty penny! Sorry you're still having vehicle probs tho the work front sounds good. I've posted car insurance off and wondering if it will get thro in time? Same goes for bills. I getting ready to slope off to the caravan for a few days - Ian will look after mam he says - actually I don't think thats going to work but it won't do him any harm to see what I cope with! Hope you enjoy your visit to ralatives even if she doesn't remember you! You never know - she might?!
-
Ah so you do that dance too eh?! lol! And how do you rate yr acupuncture treatment - has it worked.. did it hurt???... problem solved? - sure hope so :)
Crikey a 28yr old telly!!!!!!.. has 'Auntie' contacted you to exhibit it in their museum??? lol! :D Life!!!!... I missed it yet again!... chuffin eck I really do need to get one eh?! :(
Well as you know Yam's car was found burnt out (as you predicted) in Tadcaster, and the wonderful Direct Line sent the cheque last week during the postal strike... yep... suprise suprise it's not turned up yet! So Yam is still car-less and I'm off to Sussex tomorrow with James to visit fave Auntie Di and my Grandma - sure hope she remembers me!
The show at Stafford last weekend was fruitfull though. Best one we've had yet and we were flat out selling our wares - bloomin knackering, but worth the effort ;)
