Blimey Pauline-are you awake yet?? I would be getting up 2 hours after you went to bed! Will have to read your post now,have just spent an hour transfering some photos I took this afternoon.Not brilliant as the weather closed in and was dull and drizzly.Camera was in and out of its case!!! Came across a wren nest building,will put up a thread in the bird section as the photos werent too bad considering...Also took a pic of a male kestrel,lovely looking one too.The two nest sites will keep me fir this year.After having managed to photograph both pairs mating I am determined to keep a proper record of events this year!!
Hope you wake refreshed and raring to go-err not sure where to though :) :)

Would love that but visitors arriving at 2pm to take about Extremadura. No, no hangover only had 3 pints, i'm having a purge on cutting it down. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Pauline,am sure I replied to this but seems to have disappeared.Oh well,I will say again-yes was out bright and early,weather was lovely this morning!! Saw the male kestrel had turned up at last and witnessed him mating with the female.Photos in the image Gallery,posted them in the BOTD thread too.
Hope your mam hasnt been too bad,losing glasses eh? Did that last week,found em eventually in the bathroom!!!
I have practiced tai-chi and found it very relaxing.Your mind really does switch off for a while and you feel relaxed after a session!This is a shortened version of original message-cant remember wot I said :)

Pauline you and your hubby are welcome to invade my patch anytime you like there's always room at the Wetlands for you.
And thank you for saying those nice things about my photo's and myself I can only reciprocate your views by saying how much your images have inspired me to try and improve my own standards and try and emulate you, when I see your name under a photo I know its going to be a Quality image.

I'm still struggling (womanfully!) thro all Cairngorm images (and better half now on his days off is sat behind me and I can hear a lot clicking . . .) Now that WAB is down to only 5 uploads per 24 hours I'm working the opposite way around and uploading to my own website first before here as there I can upload as many as I want on my own site - for those of you anxious to see what I got then click on pmgi.zenfolio.com (go to the About Me tab to find link) and keep up with our recent stuff - some of which will turn up on here as normal as each 24 hours passes ........... right where was I????

Hi Pauline. the purple toothwort in Sunnyhurst was all small and grotty and not worth a photo. I got a tip off from Lancashire Lad that its in the walled garden at Pleasington. it was everywhere . :D

Hello and welcome back!!
Hope you had a good time,bet you have some great photos Eh? I have been taking a few myself,love it now spring has sprung!! Highlight for me was watching and taking photos of the kestrels mating-ooer what does that sound like!?....you know what I mean dont you :)
Photos were dreadful as it was a dull and dank morning-yesterday- and they were at the top of a lopped tree about...well er pretty tall! They are in my image Gallery if you wanted to look-sounds seedy dont it :)
Hope everything is ok with you,hope the break did you good and you are feeling a lot more relaxed and less stressful.Hope your mam is ok too....
Good to see you back-I missed you!

Hello I'm back - where did that fortnight go?! Had no intention of starting downloading images last night - went to bed cream crackered after driving 370 miles home! So I'm downloading now and no idea what I've got or not got .......... ah the suspense! Back later - prob much later - hope everyone on here is well - will catch up with the forums and pics as the week progresses .......... Ian has just gone off to work with a lot of joshing about me not being late for work this afternoon - oh hahahahaha! I shall be going to collect mam shortly and bring her here for the afternoon and a nice chicken casserole tea ......
