Hi Pete,

I guess people read threads but don't comment. The only one I want to enter into the Gallery is the Bladder Campion one.

Lucky you seeing all those butterflies. I don't think I've ever seen a Small Copper. I think Red Admirals are really beautiful.

Hi Pete, It would be great to go, to meet up again and to meet some more WABBERS. Unfortunately I cannot make definite plans for that time, but fingers crossed ;-) Oh, and thanks for the anonymity :-D x

Hi HW,

No worries about the photos, I look forward to seeing them. Jim Ford is going to go and look for the Frog Orchid, I gave him details of where it was.

I'm almost certainly going to the Thursley Common WAB meeting, probably just for the first day (1st August). Looks like there is going to be a good crowd there. I think it's mainly about insects (including dragonflies) but there are a few uncommon birds (dartford warbler), lizards and a few unusual flowers. There are a number of people going that I'd liked to meet, including Wild-Woman/Jules who's organising it and pressld2. Adam Cheeseman is also thinking of going for just a few hours. I know it's not a H, B & B WAB group meeting, but as it's close to London I wondered if you two were thinking of going?

Pete, I haven't forgotten about adding pictures to the Ivinghoe meet thread. It's just circumstances! I hope to be able to do it at the weekend. x

Yes, very nice round there - I enjoyed that section of the Chiltern Way that goes past the church, and the Chess valley just below the church is lovely.

Hi HW,

Just noticed your conversation with Adam Cheeseman where you told him where you took your avatar photo. I've been to that church at Sarratt myself (it's on the route of a long-distance path I walked) and I thought it was very interesting. Very unusual architecture I thought (not that I know anything about the subject).
