Wow...that sounds fantastic..I grew beetroot's last year they were really sweet better than anything you can buy in shops.

Hi Hon, how are you doing? I know what you mean about not being able to sleep. Even with vino I cannot sleep, it is a nightmare!!! I harvested my beetroot yesterday, I cooked and pickled the globes, I saved the young leaves as salad. I used the mature leaves as if they were Spinach (same family) and made a gallon of wine with the stalks!!! How's that for ingenuity!!!! The wine is fermenting like heck too!!!!

Hi Hon, glad that you are ok!
I had a job interview today for a Teaching assistant. However, after seeing 3 TA's having to restrain students and being kicked for their troubles I decided that this was not the job for me!!!! I've been up since 6am and am also shattered!!
