Quite understandable though....Oh dear, I am shocked and very sorry to hear about your poor health. I do hope you are making a good recovery by now from any treatment you have received. Keep me posted, won't you?

Oh yes all's well with me and mine thanks....just you concentrate on getting yourself back to good health :)

Hiya Dutchess!
I have not been on here in ages. I had a heart attack right out of the blue and been trying to right myself ever since. What is frustrating is that there is no heart disease in my family and my arteries are ok. It seems I have a 'wiring fault' in my heart and am waiting to go to Kings College to be 're-wired' for this problem. I just hope I am able to make it in time. I have been in hospital 3 times in 2 months and AM NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!! I missed the KLG recently, something I have not done in years!
Anyway, enough about me, how are things with you Dutchess? Family ok I hope?
Thank God for home made wine is all I can say.............

Thanks hon, yes a dental abcess, and just had the second lot of antibiotics for this. I know I'm not often on here these days in the early hours but that is work related stuff. I really miss meeting up with all my friends on here but duty calls etc. Due to work comittments I have been eating wheat/sandwhiches and boy!!! have I been paying for this !!!!! I am a borderline coeliac. Naturegirl

Hiya Girl!!! How you doing? I have sort of recovered..... from the dreaded virus. It has left me with a permanent sore throat and has really upset the old asthma. I have lots of 'gunge' on the old lungs since I had the swine flu, not nice!!!
I have tried to put my moth trap on tonight but nothing happens???? My eldest daughter has been staying here for the last 6 weeks (aaaagggghhhh!!!!) so I rather think she may have something to do with the loss of power etc. She moved out to Maidstone today (yes!!!!!!) now I can clear up the mess she has left behind......!!

Hey Venger! Things sure are tough for everyone I think. At least I have a job so must think myself lucky!! Are things tough in your line of work at present Venger? I know you are freelance, designer I think? I have been off work with the dreaded 'swine flu' my Doc thinks that's what I had. He stood at the other end of the room all 'bug-eyed' so he's probably right...!!! They don't test anyone these days as so many have it. It started with a severe sore throat then a cough followed by a vicious chest infection. I slept for 18 hours a day but it wasn't like any flu I've had before. I must be a tough old bird after all!!!!!!! Take care buddy! Naturegirl
