Aw, thanks Dawn :) ... things have been going fine for me and OH now .. apart from that I've had a stinking cold the last week and been really miserable with it! Dont think I've ever had such a bad one in all my life (and it's really come at the wrong time!) Haven't even felt up to posting or lurking on WAB that much, hopefully will take a look in at the local forum some time next week when I'm feeling a bit more up to it!

Hi again, and thanks for your good wishes, Dawn :)

No, didn't post those photos on here, you were right in saying they're not wildlife photos - we had a set subject for this month's competition, old and new, and I submitted one photo of an old building with modern sculpture in the foreground, and another of an old victorian standing tap with a bright yellow hose from B&Q wrapped around it! I don't really have that many good wildlife photos, landscapes/flowers maybe, but not birds or animals -it's impossible to get a top quality photo of those unless you have a massive lens!

I haven't really had chance to post much, but hope to get a bit of spare time next week to read through the local group sub-forum, its great reading about what's happening locally.

Pleased to hear things are improving for you, and I hope things all work out well for you both.
Have you posted your pictures for your competition, or are they not wildlife?
Hope the classes are still going well.

Hi Mungo - good to see numbers going up in the group :)
Just wondered if you had invited Kayleigh - she is also in Northants .. not far from me, and, erm .. oh, can't think of his name! (Was talking to someone else on here who apparently only lives down the road .. I'll have to look him up and come back to you :))
