It sounds the same as ours..was always hanging around with just the one canada..was very friendly , would eat from your hand..never knew what sex it was..dont really know the difference between this species..:-)

Re: Egyptian Goose, this one is also on a local patch mixed in with Canadas and has been for some years now, but the only Egyptian cant help feeling sorry for it.

Its always the way....Ive been able to find quite a few specimens of fungi in my own back garden...Im sure if we all looked hard enough in time we would find so much more wildlife right on our doorstep..well almost..:-)

Thanks for the kind comments on my Pied Flycatcher pic. It was taken in a local wood, the first time I saw P Fly I traveled to Coombes in Staffs, 100 mile round trip. I didn't know they were just over the hill from me.
