I guess you mean at the Cuckmere River. The National Trust, Environment Agency, councils and others have finally decided that they're not going to rebuild or repair the flood defences at the Cuckmere outlet. These links should be interesting for you;

Alright Jez, yes I did work at Naturescape, for about 5 years, was studying countryside management at uni too. Yes it's beautiful there & a fab place to work, learnt ever so much. I'm now down on the south coast next to the Seven Sisters coastal stretch of the South Downs, in fact we've just been designated as a National Park!

This web site is ace, I'm enjoying reading peoples Q & A's, good to have a site that everyone can join in with.

There's always so much more to learn

Hi metalfish,
I have been reading your posts on sowing wildflower seeds and the like with great interest as a recent meadow maker myself and keen on all things wildflowers! You didn't happen to work at Naturescape by any chance? I love it there and always point other members in there direction as I get all my plugs, seeds, climbers etc from them! Anyway glad you joined WAB and sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with everyone like myself who is keen on what you have to share!
