I have edited my avatar slightly, to try and stop Naomi having the giggles. I welcome your opinion.

I am particularly keen to see Chris Packham's new series, because my daughter did some filming with him for it. It will probably only yield a couple of quick shots, but it is nearly a year ago since they did it, and I would hate to miss it. This is why I am a bit single minded about it.

Hi jez, can't see it myself, bearded old fart (self) looking at big spider on old rusty clothes post with a torch? The spider hasn't got a torch. The clothes post hasn't got a torch.

Actually, the avatars are so indistinct that anything looks like anything.

I have a real yen to get back out riding again, I used to go for 60 mile wanders and I miss it. I live in an area (Vale of Pickering) with a massive network of quiet roads, and also good Moors near by. I have been thinking of a recumbent trike, I think I would like to hire one first. I think there is somewhere round here that does it.

Hi Phil, The Volae Club is my third bent which I had imported over from the states, It's a great ride, prior to that I owned a Tour Easy LWB, which is a cracking touring bike. The only gripes I had with it was Rec Butt about every 50 miles fortunately though the discomfort soon shifted : )! I certainly do not have the skill to make a bent myself, I hope yours gets completed oneday!

Oh dear, I have a full long recumbent. I started building one using the carcase of some tube lights from the labs as a chassis, and sawing up up any bike that got parked in town for more than about 20 min. Then I bought a prototype Cresswell from Mr Cresswell. It has massive dump steer and is very scary, shortly after I got it something went wrong with knees and back and I have hardly ridden a bike again.

Hi Phil, I have a duel 650c semi carbon recumbent high racer. I think i'm queer as folk but they tend to disagree :P!!!

Hi Jez, thanks for the invite. I am really getting into this site, it drives Chris mad. She is a fabric artist, but she says she is normal!

I think I will have to get an Avatar, perhaps some spider pic.
