The first time I had to pay when I was asked to attend a clinic at the local hospital I just couldn't believe it. Now it just seems a silly aggravation, but if I had to go in 4 to 5 days a week, it is a real problem for some people. I am sure MPs know about them, but, whipping probably means they would get a sound slap on the legs if they went against The Party Line. York has an extensive Park & Ride scheme, but it won't get to the hospital.

I expect hundreds of MP's are aware of the hospital parking tax problem. They have staff to deal with these issues....don't they?
