No, I don't. It's possible to disable PMs/VMs, so she may have left temporarily. Keep an eye on her profile - I'm sure she'll be back soon to catch-up! In the mean-time leave her a message on the 'M/P/G thread'. I'll let you know when I see her :)
Hi Lori, sorry to hear you were unwell yesterday. It's horrible when you cannot go out this lurvely weather. I hope you're back 100% soon. I haven't looked in on Storytime recently, won't have time now, got lots to do today, but will have a look tomorrow.Gotta go, Ravens circling...EEK....Poe..
Hi Lori, thankyou so much for the duck movie. they're lovely, I'm still trying to get mine to keep still long enough for a decent photo, they never seem to keep still, and Mum takes them into cover to sleep 'cos of the predators. I might tell you I've got my work cut out keeping the predators off....Oh dear....Am I interfering with Nature?..EEK...Posie..;)
Surely you've heard of the special hounds used in the traditional Haggis hunt?
The Highland Haggis grazes the upper slopes of the mountain; they follow the sun in order to keep as warm as possible, which means they allways graze the hillside in a clockwise direction. This has resulted, through natural selection, in the species having the legs on the right side of the body shorter than the ones on the left (or downhill side).
Now the Haggis is hunted using hounds that hunt in an anticlockwise direction. Haggis comes face to face with hound, panics turns to run but instead, because of his uneven size legs, rolls down the hill into the hunters hands.
