I moved in February to a rented house in Skipton with my son James (who's 12) after my divorce.... so I had to leave my hedghogs behind!! :( I've been in contact with the new onwner since, and she's seen my hedgies in the garden...so... yay! She's thankfully a wildlife lover like us and I know she'll look after them for me! ;)
I'm only 2 miles from my last house... but nothing doing here (bit like you) so is very saddening and frustrating at the same time. I'm moving yet again next month to the vale of York to be nearer my boyfriend and he's got hedgehogs so.... mebbes I can indulge there eh! ;) ;D Sure do miss my spikey friends!!!

True... but then we wouldn't get to see and share the good stuff either eh ;)

Indeed, makes you wish Britain was never found by people. Everything would be intact.

Sorry to hear that :( So wish they knew their Green Cross Code! Seen a fair few too myself lately... saddening eh

No, but i saw a dead one on the road, terrible innards everywhere, i was distressed for one or two days afterwards.

Hi Kwi! Any Hedgehog sightings yet??
-
Well yr doing everything you can to attract them, so don't lose heart ok. Nature can't be forced.... but it can be persuaded a wee bit lol - carry on the good work and I'm sure you'll be rewarded! ;) :D

Nope but dads letting the other lawn at the right of the garden with the fence/hedgerow grow as much as it wants so they should be more attracted when the grass and flowers go wild.
