I've been sent some pics of Brown Hawker taken at the feeder stream of Whitten Pond (c. SU204013 ) so that might be worth a try. I've still had no luck with a perched Common Hawker this year but it's been too windy and too grey most days I've had the chance!
Oh bless yes so I did! I've got white faced on the brain ......... sad innit! I think we've given up now until next year in our search tho - these next days off I think we will go 'otter hunting' ........
Hahahaha! Seriously I went for a short browse thro a few folks stuff and admired your light thro the trees ones yete again - they really are the wotsits those two!!
Yes thats just how he was with me - really really helpful and supportive - but it tickles me to think there might just be him - maybe his job remit covers half of England and we happen to be in it - or everyone answers to the name Jason - and its a clever ploy by the company to suggest intimacy and caring - which ever way it works!!
