Hi E,

Thanks for the comment about the Sparrows. They were acting really cute.

Life is very stressful here atm, Paula-wise. We think she is having severe MST withdrawal symptoms. And she can't even pick up her cup of tea she is so weak. Her useless Doc says it's not this though, but doesn't see to offer an explanation. She has cystitis and he gave her antibiotics but didn't bother to take a sample. If these don't work, she can't get back to the urgery easily as they won't give her a wheelchair. I give up!

Hi Kayleigh. How rude of me to not have replied to the message you left me all those months ago. Tbh I didn't even notice the visitor message section and it was only when Jackaroo sent me one earlier and I saw a link saying I had one that I noticed yours.

Unlucky Chucky!!! That's often the way of it. You'll find out as you go on that that's the big drawback with DSLR's. By the time you get the lens shifted, the moments gone. Never mind, you'll be ready for it next time.

Hi El, you have sparrows in your berberis, we have sparrows in what used to be our Christmas tree. This family group, among God knows how many others that might be in there, have been making a helluva racket for a week or so and are now just venturing out into the big world.

Hope you get your bum back into your shorts soon, still a wee bit cold for this Scotsman's peely-wally pins. xx

Dublin.... I haven't been there for over 25 years. Was there on business and so hotel was booked for me and I didn't have to pay - I think it was The Westbury (my client was Rocco Forte). There's a Westbury in New York I've stayed at and I might be getting them mixed up.

I remember that Dublin didn't appeal to me for some reason but can't remember why! Possibly because I don't drink?

Flights across the Irish Sea can get pretty rough - Air turbulence.
