oh rite .. thats handy to know... i have probs with a faster speed on mine, but i can only go down to
f4 f5.6 on av mode.. i use that alot after reading a good site on what setting to use.I think i do really need to experiment more.....just finding the time..

my problem is not being steady.. need a tripod for everything.....dog fine , got a new bed the other day. Had a mad 10 mins tonight running about in the living room chasing a rawhide bone he had been chewing...funny mind....hows yours?... want more photos..lol so gorgeous

You were the first person I thought about while I was in hospital actually! I'd not forgotten its Crohns you have. You had my sympathy before but now I really know what were talking about - PAIN - continuous pain which isn't showing any signs of going and I don't suppose it will while I still have infection present ......... good luck for next week - you could say we will both get to the BOTTOM of the problem eventually!!!! PXX

It's not particularly technical, but, what I often do if the subject won't sit still is set the camera to continuous shooting and take shots in bursts. Then, later discard the xexexexe and hope for a keeper in there somewhere. The joys of digital photography, you don't waste expensive film lol. It's either that or spend most of the day waiting for a shot that never comes. How dedicated are you ?

Great shots. Mine haven't even emerged from the pond yet and the adults are nowhere to be seen.

Lovely weather here. Been butterfly watching this morning. Now have to go shopping. :-(
