Thought I'd drop you a quick hallo, seeing as I've not got involved too much in any threads lately. How are things? family, pets and the like? I see you are doing well on here for posts, flipin' eck, I might just make the 1000 mark by the New Year, not bad for saying I've not been a member that long.
I suspected it might be the magic formula for Crohns - I'm really glad if it helps. I laughed tho when you said what a mess making had been - its more like wallpaper paste than something edible isn't it?! Its not as 'nasty' as I remember it as a child tho - now its malted its helps a lot. Xxxx
I tend to pull my water lily leaves out when they have turned brown and black and before they sink. I pull out the stem as well. The snails seem to like them though.
Although called a 'wildlife pond', mine and many others are actually managed, rather like some other parts of a garden (not much management in the rest of my garden!) - Grass as high as an elephant's eye!
I don't know about busy, more like dizzy Ha. It's just occurred to me that Saturday is my second anniversary on WAB. Don't time fly when you're having fun lol.
Am planning a wee excursion sometime in the next week. If Blair Drummond Country Park, near Stirling is still hosting the raptor display then that would be worth a visit. Not really natural nature, if you know what I mean but what the hell, it's entertaining. Catch you later Babe. x
Looks like a nice place to have a haircut.
I like the idea of a healthy eating plan. After reading Pauline's thread I'm going to start being careful anyway. I've seen what can happen when the 40-somethings don't take care. LOL
How was that meal? Hope the scales are being kind, LOL. There was a depressing dieting article in Yahoo earlier but can't find it now. Basically 90 % of people put the weight back on after a diet.
