- Ach! It's just a box with handles on. Hardly a work of art, though I do envisage embellishments if I get spare time later. I have some kinda pagoda theme in mind or maybe contemporary Swedish log cabin. Mmmm, must give that some thought lol. It's not so much the expense of replacing the bins as the terrible empty handed feeling. I take my noccies everywhere and every time I've spotted something in the distance, for the last week or so, I could feel my hands twitch. I'll be more careful in future. Am going to take a quick look at Flickr then hit the shower and then home Jeeves, don't spare the horses. Catchulater quine. x

- Hi K, Gosh your pics are super, and sooo many of them, I didn't find an underwater section, well pondlife, is there one? guess that was your lovely dog. We've got heavy rain coming up from Spain tonight, so I'm making the most of Wildlife hunting on and off between chores today. I've got lots of questions and don't want to start lots of threads, is there a thread for questions of any sort, relating to general wildlife, if not I'll start one, if that is the right way to go, would it be or not?
- 22-08-2011 01:00 PM - permalinkDeb LondonHim-in-doors is the expert, but he specifically looked for one that did this. So it does. I just reminded myself. All the flex has to be unwound (no fast recoil of flex on this model either). But that is one of the few drawbacks. Then you lift a flap, pull, and the hose comes out, with a handle, ready to use. No attachments at the end. They are carried on the body of the vacuum and you choose the one you want. The flex is not as long as the cylinder flexes. But we still like this vacuum, having had a cylinder one. Just asked him, he says the suction is as good. It really does tend to get every bit of hair (we have the "Animal"). When we first bought it we noticed it picked up more than the other Animal.

- Sorry El, I've been forbidden the laptop this week-end as there's so much to do about the house and the garden. I've actually used up most of this afternoon constructing a winter shelter for the guinea-pigs. They already have the old rabbit hutch but we thought they'd prefer to be out in the run as much as possible before winter sets in properly so I've made a sort of portable mini hutch so they can be moved around the 'lawn' (ha-ha,some lawn) A triumph of re-cycling by the way. All odd bits and scavenged nails etcetera. Just popped in to check emails and posts and off to bed. Hope you got decent weather today and some worthwhile shots. Talking of weatherproofing, I feel a right tit just now cos I left my bins out all night about three days ago and they're only just beginning to clear of condensation. What a wally!!!! Thought I was going to have to take them to bits or shell out for new ones but they seem to be coming right. Catch u later xxx
- Hi Kayleigh, how's it going your end?..Posie.
- Naw, you're ok. I'm quite content to admire them from afar. A shared pleasure between just you and I and the rest of Flickr lol. Here's a link to a free microsoft program that's a bit of fun and adds a new dimension to your photography. I used to have it on my old laptop but forgot about it till just recently. You may have tried it already but if you haven't it's well worth a go. Microsoft Research Image Composite Editor (ICE) Catch u later x, sposed to be working lmao x
- Had a look at your fluffy sparras and your poppy's very nice. You can send me some seeds. lol xxx
