Am having a job keeping up with your Flickr posts, I've hardly touched my stuff. It's gonna take years to sort out all the xexexexe. lol Yours are awfy good. x
Ha!!! I'm back. Good God, I swear if I have to endure another week like the last five days I will rip the bloody phone out of the wall. Our broadband gave up the ghost again and I have a sneaking conviction that British Telecom have kept the initials and changed their name to Bombay Telecom. If I have to communicate via another call centre ever again I shall go live in a caravan in the Grampians. lmao. Add to this my firm's decision to totally replace their on-line retail and accounting system, root and branch, and I may have to check myself into the local padded establishment. Trying desperately to catch up with things before the winter's upon us again but am not optomistic. Thinking of you, talk later. x
Ahh........Tutbury, lovely, or it was back in the seventies, eighties.
My Great Grandparents (both deaf and dumb incidentally) lived in Tutbury, my GGF was the Post Master back in the sixties, I remember visting them in the late seventies and knocking around the castle and churchyard,. Hearing the knock of leather on wood down below (from the graveyard)as they played cricket on Sunday afternoons at Hatton. I'm on a right trip down memory lane now.......that was the days when the skies seemed full of birds as well :-(
