Good thanks. Took the work camera out at lunchtime and I'm sorting through some shots for rough IDs. I want to add them to the online magazine. We have this "Green Walk" and I'm the only person to walk it. I don't think people see what's under their noses. If they could see the beauty, they might be more interested.
Are you managing to get out walking at the moment?
No the headache was beaten down by the pain killers. Good job too. The bus went onto diversion about half way there. I didn't get off, thinking I would walk all the way back to the reserve, along a river. After I'd walked 10 min I got to a board with a map on it that told me just how far I had to walk - about 4 extra miles! LOL. Good job I'd thought about packing a drink and sandwiches!!!!
You need to go to the docs if this happens, yes. I do feel for you. I hope you can manage this better in future. What about doing some fruit and veg. juicing for a bit too? Even if you don't like all the recipes, just get some fluids and vitamins inside you, without the bulk that causes the blockages?
Feel really sorry for you. Seaweed! Wow, I'd never have thought of that as a problem. You sound like you are a bit better now. But yes, stay off the fruit and veg. skins.
I'm good, had a long week and I'm just building up for a walk, but with the lie in and heat, I may get a headache, so I'll get some paracetamol down my neck.
Still growing veg. It's mainly watering and weeding now though.
Off to look for day-flying moths soon (is this sad I wonder :-P). Then work and a visit to the allotment. I have to go every two days in this heat.
Wales eh? Very nice, is that north or south? I sometimes used to stay with my sister on Anglesey in the 70's when she married an RAF bloke. Very fond memories!
