Thanks for comment on photo. Usually have to race to get to the best place to photograph these scenes before the light changes!!! A lot of the time I am just too late..

Hi Julie,

Don't know about the snowdrops, but last year the Bluebells peaked in the first week of May. Haven't been up to Ashridge for a couple of weeks (I've got a cold and sore throat at the moment), but if I go soon I'll report back on the snowdrops. I should imagine they'll be fully out very soon, as they're coming out here in my parent's garden.

Have you seen that there's a group been formed on WAB for those of us in Beds, Bucks and Herts? We might have a 'meet' somewhere, sometime - I suggested Ivinghoe Beacon.
