Hallo John

I have just noticed your message about the Great White Egret. Of course, you are quite correct. I was even more of a tyro in those days and relied largely on the comments of others present at the time. I am still pretty new to this game and tend to think always that others know more than I.

Please feel free to correct the title. Indeed, I have so many better subsequent pictures that I would not even keep these now.

Hi Colin

I have just done a search to see what photos there are for Great White Egret and noticed you have two images that you have named as that bird. Unfortunately they are both of a Little Egret. The Great White has no plume and has a yellow beak.

This was pointed out to you correctly at the time in the replies.

I don't know if you can change the information. I can if you want me too but I wouldn't do that without your permission.
