I've had five organic caulis that came complete with caterpillars! Take a photo of George (or Georgette) for Jason's list. Very envious of your photo of the leafhopper - never seen one of those.
Sorry jeremiah I didn't mean it to sound like I was accusing you of mass destruction and I totally understand what you are saying about non native species. I think all gardeners understand what you are saying about the other more native attackers. I spend many hours every year removing gooseberry sawfly larva to the other side of the garden where I pretend they will have a happy life only to be beaten in the end with completely stripped bushes. Then there are the local cats that didn't come near for my first 4 years here then suddenly it is the public convenience for the entire area. Anyway sorry if I unintentionally slightly offended and thank you for replying.
