Now that sounds pretty significant! I haven't looked at the thread yet....

Fan? A pretty standard piece of equipment surely? But then, who knows, everyone's set up is different. No wonder the pc techs are always on the look out for a career change, lmao!

Hi Dawn,

Fine thanks, you? Haven't been round much recently due to work and now my other NetBook developing aa boot-up failure. I believe the fan may be on it's last legs, which is in turn preventing the OS from loading. As it's a specialist part I think, it may not be too easy to rectify, and if it isn't I stand to lose up to a year's worth of work, c4Gb... not a good prospect since I didn't... back... up :(

Hi Jase,

Just to let you know I have left Nocts for the time being. I cannot truly call myself a Noct at the moment, getting to bed earlier an' all (at least, as I try to! lol). Not only that but I find that when I am up late, I prefer to spend time on the Music thread anyway! Keep the place in order for my return, eh, boss? ;)

Ah! A hoverfly wearing ear-plugs! There's a picture! Yes, all's well here thanks Jase :) My rabbits always cope very well with the fireworks, it's the cats who are scared....you'd think they'd get used to it year after year (to an extent) but noooo....:(
