Rachel Downham is the best to contact - just let her know that I got you interested! Mmmhhhhh..............
I'll be at Chew brook on the day - plus other volunteers I hope, so extra help is always welcome.
There will be about 4 dfiferent stations around the site, plus events and walks to spot anything, plus some experts on hand too, so should be fun and we might learn something!
Let me know if you cant come or contact Rachel, she's at the Uppermill office.

I was just reading that thread James (about dead frogs)!! I've recently had a major clean of our large pond as something picked off our fish last autumn, and not many frogs toads or newts seemed to fancy spawning there this spring (oh yes, I smell wonderful, lol!) I don't believe the freeze had anything to do with why the fish died, but I hope it killed off whatever killed off the fishes!
