    Ooops, just noticed that I have 3 messages, they must be old ones as it's all gone quiet now with everyone watching the box. Thanks for letting me know about that envelope, ideally it should light up whenever I have a message, coz I only knew i had 3, yes all 3 messages when I happened to glance in the right hand column.
    I thought Nick was a little too patronising when he (sarcastically methinks) described my 'skills' as being 'awsome' as I am clearly not in the same league as Chris Yates and Ken Burges.
    Sadly, I think my brain cells are all full now and I don't think i'm ever likely to learn any more to be as good as Chris and Ken and neither am I a deft hand at finding my way around the internet to look up things.

    Right then, time to read the other 2 messages.

    No worries Neil. thanks for being cool. Maybe click on the envelope marked messages (top write from centre) and it will reveal all the messages you've ignored for the past few years. lol

    In all the years I have been with WAB I still don't know my way around the forum/site.
    When I logged in tonight, I had a 'pop up' to say I had a PM from you, so clicked to view it, but apparently I could not view it because I have a 'pop up blocker' activated - whatever that is. Now I seem to have lost your PM altogether so can you send it again, then if I click 'view in another window' I might be able to find it this time.

    (Peace an' all that) ! I assume now, if I click on 'Post Message', you should get this, but I still have no idea what happens if I click the 'go advanced' box.

    Hi JAJ,
    Still new to this site and still working things out. Found this message by accident
    Like you, I find identifying within this family fraught with problems. Even the professionals are rethinkng and renaming, possibly after dna discoveries, so what chance have we got. Maybe a christmas wish for a microscope??? Even then, spore identification could be problematic.
