i am learning how to slow down. reading books that tell me i need to develop stealth,paitence,and some sort of camoflauge in order to take photos of birds. Not wanting to spend alot of money for camera equipement i thought it would be a bigger challange to use my small poloroid digital camera. I have managed to get some very good photos. I took a small space in my backyard and created a place for garden wildlife. I put some butterfly rocks, a flat stone, used a wooden holder that was for vinigar and oil bottles,it worked perfectly for a bread,fruit and seed holder. i put a bowl that the animals could use filled with water on the flat stone and decorated with driftwood,small pebbles and some sticks of wood in a small pile. hello, im very new to twitching or bird watching,Not being sure about it,I thought id make it a hobby anyway. I hung a feeder in front of my living room window. Then i put a flat brick with a tray table on top for a ground feeder. But unfortunutly my neighbors dogs ate tow bird balls.
