Eee by gum....when I logged on earlier I spotted visitor massage indicator and got very worried..!!! Thought I'd just been reprimanded for OT posts....as it happened my work internet had gone to snail pace;) and now I'm home, I spot that all is well. :)

I didn't see any unusual flowers on my walk today, but there were hundreds of butterflies. Peacocks and Red Admirals are now appearing and I've seen more Commas than ever before. Still loads of Ringlets and Gatekeepers. But the highlights were a Small Copper and a Green-veined White.

I have booked my next trip lol..
Well it was only £135 it was £65 cheaper than the last one.
There are lots of free spaces for the inversnaid but only one left for the Highland hotel in January.
If its anything like the last one its well worth the money I'm addicted now.

No worries about the photos, I look forward to seeing them. Jim Ford is going to go and look for the Frog Orchid, I gave him details of where it was.

I'm almost certainly going to the Thursley Common WAB meeting, probably just for the first day (1st August). Looks like there is going to be a good crowd there. I think it's mainly about insects (including dragonflies) but there are a few uncommon birds (dartford warbler), lizards and a few unusual flowers. There are a number of people going that I'd liked to meet, including Wild-Woman/Jules who's organising it and pressld2. Adam Cheeseman is also thinking of going for just a few hours. I know it's not a H, B & B WAB group meeting, but as it's close to London I wondered if you two were thinking of going?
