ok will post on archive in a min. re keyword text box etc just had another look deffo not there on mine???. ok of to try again cheers for hewlp mark

Its down the page a bit below where you enter which pic you want to upload - theres an image name text box, then a keyword text box further down. If youre uploading into the archive though you dont need to correctly name pics and they should appear straight away without having to be approved.

I remember before when i posted it asked for Correctly titled with the format: Common Name - Scientific name etc. I find no place to put this info now in the Gallery
