Hi, Gess
Thanks for the comments on the Sika shot, it was pitch black and very cold when we arrived and as we walked towards the beach we could see several deer moving about. Then the sky went an odd pink colour, and the 3 deer stood together right in front of the ferry port. I took about 15 shots in 30 seconds and that was the only one that worked. (is that seal winking).
Hi Gess, just walked along local stream yesterday. Both girls are tied up with rugby today, so are we! Will take the cameras today though. Dudley zoo is OK now. We went last year. It has improved so much. There is an area where you can walk through the Limas & get really close, & a hot house with lovely little marmazettes. Take your camera if you go. I remember it from my childhood in the days of cuddles the killer whale- terrible.
Have fun, Pam
Hi Gess,Thanks for comment on sunrise photo(again lol).As you can see my forte seems to be sun rises!! Am an early riser and really do enjoy the early morning walks with my dog. This morning was spectacular, there was only a small gap between the upper and lower clouds and the sun created this "painted sky",only lasted minutes so was lucky to capture it!
regards ellen
Hi Gess
