- Sorry it looks like I didn't thank you on my print thread so I am saying it now..
Thank you very much for you help to make it all make sense I will read up on it then I will understand better as its a bit over my head atm..:o - After reading your recent thread I thought I would add you as a friend..:)

Thankyou, that was good of you to give my website (A nature observer's scrapbook of the diverse wildlife found in East Lincolnshire, UK.) a plug.
And of course you were dead right about the novice level of content. It was originally intended as my personal nature scrapbook and over time it has attracted the interest of schools and fellow novices so I'm happy to continue down that path.
The international interest amazes me. This very day I got an e-mail seeking help to identify a butterfly from a verbal description - from China! :-)
Life is full of challenges.
ned - Extra pixies - ah I understand the concept now :-)
- Thanks for the spider ID, we are very grateful.

If you don't mind me asking, what lens did you use? My macro is 60mm and has extremely shallow focus at 1:1 - Hi Geof ,
Thank you for recomending those spider sites, It can be hard work for people like me who are not too clued up about spider ID, but want to improve by doing some of it myself before asking for help in the final stages,
Duncan
Your pics are great by the way, Cheers.
