Ellen. Many thanks for all your comments and thoughts over the past few months, I will be going away for three to six months on a secondment from work, no idea to the length yet. Carry on the good lens work as you have captured such good images lately.

No everyone was very good and very interested (it was a 'Got a New Camera?' event and they all turned up (bar one) with smart little point and presses that do a whole lot of things these days - and take some belting pics too - if only I could have understood them - or even feel remotely like getting to grips with them!! I did me best can't say fairer than that! As for work - well 3hrs 50 a day is - just that - and thats all they are getting as I have appointments every afternoon this week - and could have done with fitting a few more things in actually ...........

The event was 'interesting' ........... I was flying by the seat of my pants yet again! Work over for the day (my colleague gone off sick again so the rest of the week will be interesting also) my mechanic is here at the min doing the yearly car service and mot in a while - fingers crossed it should pass......

Up early! Its back to work this morning but at least I have a public event instead of nasty jobs! Should be intesting - its called 'New Camera' (for xmas...) 10-12 midday - don't know what I'm going to say or show folks - depends what kind of camera gear they turn up with........ weather been rotten here for weeks - and it looks dull again this morning - I get really fed up and down when its like this - I like light (perhaps I do have SAD after all?) well I like dark and mothing too - but when its supposed to be light I want it light!!!! Have a good walk.

I'm glad to hear it was not as bad as expected - I did put the fluence on for you!!! I've had a bitty annoying sort of day: got my new scanner on and running but can't figure it all out and one of the progs that came with it isn't working properly - or I don't think it is - plus the comp keeps freezing up as tho it doesn't like the new stuff - hope it doesn't crash cos I have nothing backed up and oodles of work needs doing to catch up now.......... oh hell ........ more work - just what I need. Mam is driving me nuts at the min but thats to be expected - all I must do is keep going determindly. Hopefully a shorter afternoon tomoz for me tho I don't suppose they will let us finish much before four (a whole half hour off with pay - how big of them..........) sneer! Time for bed - I'm cream crackered again! P xxxxxx
