we buzzed off to bed early ... Ian was tired from work and I was as usual fed up with the fuss - I'm such an old grumpy these days!! Sounds like you enjoyed it to the full. Thanks for the good wishes - which I'm returning with interest added! Here's hoping we both have a good new year! xxx
Thanks ellen and all the best to you, mum and Rusty too! I've been half and half on here this past month - half hearted might be a better description - just waiting for all the pandemonium to be over and done - not ready or wanting it this year - so I've been on and 'chatted' sometimes and others can't be bothered - I just want the next three days over with and then I can get on with what I want to do and not have to be dragged in with tradition! I could and would be allowed to begger off to the caravan and remove myself completely - but that annoys me also - and I would feel left out then - yes I know - I'm not making sense - nothing new about that these grumpy old days!!!! But you have a lovely time xxxxxxxx
I've stayed put today - 4 of us should have been foraying in South Cumbria but the weather saw that off - not safe for driving or walking in ancient oak woodlands ! Perhaps just a s well as this afternoon I've been up and down to the loo with the runs - yesterday I couldn't go - I just don't know how to handle this disease at all .......
Hee hee - and having to wait for the next person to come along and lift you off - still bent in the double position! Yes I know that one well! And esp when you are slightly bent forward then your leg doesn't lift over things either ........ It would make good telly you and me trying to get over stiles and trying to help each other - a Rob Bryden moment I think!!!!
