    Hi eeyore,

    I am considering planting a memorial tree for a close family member. I want the tree somewhere public, with a nice 'brass' plaque. It doesn't matter where, just somewhere I can travel to easily. He didn't like London or the south much so this is for my benefit anyway. It absolutely has to be an English Oak.

    You wouldn't know how to go about doing such a thing, would you? Or could you point me in the direction of a WAB member who would know? This is far too raw for me to post yet on the forum, as I really do not want to go into the whys and wherefores. You were the first person I thought of because of some of your posts and because you know many members.
