Yep, new place is great thanks. Pleased to find that 'Toady' is still in residence and regularily patrols the patio on damp evenings hehe. Barrel pond is also doing well, tho I've had a bit of blanketweed lately - twizzled it out with a stick and redressed the balance with some watercress! Seen many butterflies, but the birds are a bit thin on the ground sadly (or my feeders come to that!). Haven't had much time here since moving in tbh, 2 holidays lately, kids off school and helping out with boyfriends business (which is on the up so taking up all our spare time atm), but yea... all is good thanks :)

Missing WAB and hoping to be on more often when things settle down here!!!

Noticed yr post to Steve about not having a pic of a buzzard yet. Ex-hubby and I used to see a fair few sat on fence posts on the way to Lake Vernwy (did I spell that right? lol :D) If you've not ventured that far into Wales yet I can thoroughly recommend it. Bird hides, whole valley sunk under water and a fab dam! It's about 7 miles round and a good day out ;)
