- Accupuncture is painful - full stop! My practioner also gives Shiatsu massage afterewards and that is more painful still ..... I have a huge bruise on my bum from it this morning - but I'm not in pain and I won't need three paramol just to walk around today! So its worth every penny and it is a pretty penny! Sorry you're still having vehicle probs tho the work front sounds good. I've posted car insurance off and wondering if it will get thro in time? Same goes for bills. I getting ready to slope off to the caravan for a few days - Ian will look after mam he says - actually I don't think thats going to work but it won't do him any harm to see what I cope with! Hope you enjoy your visit to ralatives even if she doesn't remember you! You never know - she might?!
- Two steps forward and three back - how you doin'?! Was very relieved to have my accupuncture treatment this aft - I have been in severe pain in my hips, buttocks and back - which have been reasonably quiet for a while - but this week those areas have revved up and gone 'on tour'!! Bought a new telly for the bedroom on saturday just gone - the old one was 28 years old!! Bet this one won't last that long. Course we're being stupid and watching any old rot cos we now have freeview upstairs - I suppose we will stoppit off after a week or two and the newness wears off - was nice to watch Life on it tonight tho (relatives descended last night at 5 past 9 and left at 5 past 10 ......... the one prog I really wanted and needed to watch and I had to be polite and miss it - there are times when I could scream and scream .......)
- Yes thanks Cazz much improved finally - I searched high and low till I found the last 2 ibuprofen tablets the doc gave me back in June! Then found out I could buy 400 strength over the counter at Asda - so have got a big box - should last for years as I am basically allergic to it and only take one now and again when I can't stand the pain anymore. So by this aft I was walking straight and feeling good again - well as good as it gets with me these days! No news on the Hi-Lux I suppose?
- Ta Cazz - but I'm still on here - I keep trying to find a break but then someone or something else comes along - great innit?!!!
- Its a good thing to do changing locks cos they may know or guess if they find out his name from the car, then google if you have a wbsite for the business - its not rocket science so you've done the best thing changing stuff. And yes thats the xexexexexexe of it - the inconvenience - but his car might be found soonish still usable - tho don't get your hopes up - we had many a one burned overnight on site when I was working .... chin up lass ......
- Oh Cazz I'm sorry to hear that - what a bummer but thank goodness he didn't wake up, try and stop it from being taken and get hurt or killed. We always take everything upstairs every night - keys, wallets, mobiles all go into the bedroom with us, plus we sleep with the alarm set downstairs .........
As for the sanatogen - think I might need more than that these days to skip around - I've had a lousy pain filled day today but I didn't want to take anymore pain killers as its needing to take 5 a day for three days thats played havoc with my stomach and left me weak and poorly today - hopefully a good nights sleep might see me back to normal tomorrow.... hope Yam gets his vehicle back ........ - I needed a brew! I need one now too - a nice strong coffee . . . just got out of bed - I ache all over after three days 'fungi-ing' in Clumber (you know walk a distance, find something, get down, photograph, try to get back up, walk more, and more, till yer feet hurt, the hips are singing, the old back is doing a song and dance routine ....... that kind of thing!! Very enjoyable in the mind - the body doesn't cope as well as it used to!!!! Why is that?!!
- Hi Cazzie
Thanks so much for your generous offer! I have been checking the nest temp and their tummies and they are all lovely and warm at present so dont think I need it at the moment but I will certainly take you up on the offer if anything changes.
I have discovered that one of them is a boy if Im not mistaken and he has gone up in weight to 200gs which has made me quite chuffed.
Thanks again x
P.S They are loving the cat biscuits and spreading them all over the place! - http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/fo...-new-post.html
Hope this is the linkie that takes you to our last holiday report which I think you hve been waiting for Cazz ........
P xx - We were seated near an exit so got out very fast - walked to the car - 600 yrds and home with a cuppa 35 mins after finishing. It was all excellent and I'm glad I got out of the doldrums and went! What am I like these days?!!!!
PS We had plenty time between first parking and meal and show so went into a few stores ........ I took Ian into House of Fraser (Kendal Milne) when I worked there in the Men's Hairdressing salon ..... what a trip down memory lane that was!!!!
