Totally agree with you. I had a brief excursion with a canon 350 that's when I discovered I needed the IS and their IS lenses were out of my reach! Don't regret it either. Have heard the A350 is a good buy but I'm not in a position to change.

Hi Bub-les, there are very few Sony A100 users in WAB. Good to know I'm not alone. Excellent camera and as you say, the built image stabilisation is excellent and works on all lenses - better ststem than Canon or Nikon, in my humble opinion.
