So Yorkshire has officially been snowed on, the race to get all the plants undercover is on before it reaches our neck of the woods.
At the moment there's an icy rain falling, coupled with an idle wind....best look out my thermals!
I'll go round and check out the cold greenhouses we'll be over-wintering stuff in today.....if I can drag myself away from the central heating.

The greenhouse is bulging with stuff I've just chucked in, which would be ok with a shed but aint a good look with glass walls.
There's more leaves fallen in the pond and I've got a grand array of pots that are growing...

Never buy those ridiculous pop up cold-frames; they collapse under the weight of rain (and snow presumably) and the same winds that felled the feeder sent both of mine sailing off; one of them I thought gone for good but I've heard reports that the next-door-but-one neighbour...

I'm a terrible blogger but I'm passionate about our wildlife on this little island.
I'm Aitch to my friends, some-time artist (wildlife naturally), avid gardener, border terrier owner and birder.
I'm starting a wildlife gardening business because I was fed up with travelling from garden-centre to garden centre, trying to find the plants I needed; not to mention the prices they charge!
