Notifications for Visitor Messages (VMs), along with Personal or Private Messages (Pms) used to be displayed all the time, but recently the layout has been re-arranged, and so now the notification box displays only on certain pages. I have always had WAB bookmarked to "My Posts". Unfortunately though, that is now one of those that does not display notifications, so nowadays I have to view the Forum index page or click the icon for "New Posts" in order to see whether I have anything left for me :-) But, that's just my way of navigating! Still, I hope this helps, D.

Yeah, I don't understand the instructions though. I'm finding the different convo threads difficult to follow as well, they seem to be all over the place. There doesn't seem to be a button to click to go directly to 'Visitor Messages', although I realise that they're there directly below ones Profile. Oh well, just have to perservere!

*Gulps*.....Sorry Big Al. Uploading photos is one of those things I haven't attempted on WAB, as yet! Apart from my profile pic of course. I am put off the idea as I have heard so many people having had problems with it at first. Plus, I haven't a decent enough camera to warrant posting pictures anyway (or persevering with!) ;-) There are threads here on WAB that explain how it's done though...

Hi BigAl, I don't have a clue how this thing works, I'm trying to get some help with regard lenses....anyway according to my page. you and a couple of others flittered across my page at some time....but like a butterfly didn't settle ! Anyway it says you haven;t made any friends yet, so perhaps if I invite you to join, some others will leap into the fray to see what;s going on.........Ken

Your ID startled me, Big Al! I have a friend who goes under that name (in real life!) and for a moment I thought he'd become a WABber! :-D (By co-incidence, he used to be a teacher too!)
