    It wont be a fulmar but is more likely an immature gull, most likely herring or black headed (which don't have black heads in winter).

    Hi Jayne, I hope your enjoying WAB. I see that you listed the Fulmar as a bird you managed to attract to your garden, this I believe to very hardly unlikely as these are strictly cliff perching birds in the high tops! I have found this, which might be the answer to what you have attracted...see what you think

    Hi,

    I am into all types of wild life and actively go looking for it where I can. Last year i looked for fungi, birds, bats, trees, I love dragon flies and have just started taking photos. I have a few good ones if I dont say so myself. In my 4 mth old garden so far we have attracted:- Black birds, robin, blue tits, mistle thrushes, pied wag tail, Starlings, Wood pigeons, Collard Dove, Magpies and 1 fulmar. We have two foxes that pass our house ever night and badgers around the corner im still trying to see. I go to the local reserve when I can. Well that a little about me.
