    Is it work going to Strumpshaw this weekend do you think, how many have been seen now?

    Sorry about delay in replying here - only just found this message! (D'oh!)
    There's a travellodge at Acle, which is just a few miles to the east.
    Swallowtails have now been reported - as you probably saw on Norfolk Wildlife.

    Hi,
    No Swallowtails yet - there was a report of one at Strumpshaw on Monday but it turned out to be a Peacock! Still not sure how they managed to confuse those two! They shoudl be out in a week or two though. Last year the first report was the 20th, but this week is expected to be wet.

    Hi Andy,
    You probably don't remember me, but I'm a member of the Norfolk wildlife email group and I asked you the best times to see the Swallowtails.
    Glad to see you are a member of here too :-)
    Any news on the Swallows showing at Strumpshaw yet?
